Promoting CoHousing in the greater Independence area
Interdependence CoHousing Association is a Missouri non-profit corporation which seeks to encourage CoHousing communities in the greater Independence, Missouri area.
Have you ever heard about CoHousing? If you want to learn about what CoHousing is all about, please visit www.cohousing.org for great information about more than 100 CoHousing communities in the USA today, with many more being organized and developed.
The Association has monthly information meetings so that people can connect with each other to learn more about CoHousing and make CoHousing communities a reality.

The first CoHousing project in Independence will be the Three Trails CoHousing project. located at the SE corner of Pleasant and Walnut Streets, near the Independence Square.
Here is a working site plan for Three Trails, which will incorporate two pre-Civil War homes and an 1879 home as the Common House:
